General Information

How to Login to your account in Camp St. George's Ultra Camp Platform for the first time:

  1. Click the “My Account” link in the Top Bar or this My Account link
  2. If you have NOT previously attended Camp St. George since 2022, please click on NEW USER. Follow the on-screen prompts to create an account for your famil
  3. If you HAVE attended Camp St. George since 2022, please click on “Forgot your login information?”
  4. The username for ALL family members to login is the email address of the primary contact on your account. All members of the family account will use the same username and password to login to access their account and register or apply for a staff position. If your spouse is listed as the secondary contact on the account, they will be able to reset the password using their email address (if listed on your account). BUT the login username is still the email address of the primary contact.
  5. If you have a child who is now an adult and would like to create a separate account for themselves, they can follow the instructions above to create a new account for themselves. Please contact Andrew Pregl (andrew.pregl@pregl.com) to merge their new account with their old account in the system
  6. If you are not sure which email address is the primary contact, please select “I forgot my username” and follow the prompts on screen.
  7. If you know your username (the email address of the primary contact), please select “I need to reset my password” and set Retrieval Method to “E-mail””
  8. Your username for UltraCamp is the email address of the primary person on your family account. Enter that email address and click “RESET PASSWORD.”
  9. You will receive an email from which you will be able to reset your password.

Log In Instructions for Returning Users:

  1. Once you have created a password, log into UltraCamp using your username (the primary contact’s email address) and password. NOTE: Both parents will use the same email address of the primary account holder as their family username login.

How to Update Your Information Prior to Registration:

  1. Once you have logged in, you will see your account overview. The primary contact will be listed along with any family members. Please click on each family member and choose EDIT MY BIO INFORMATION to update any information in their profile
  2. If a family member is not listed, you can click “+ADD PERSON” and enter their information.
  3. Once you click on a member of your family, you can update the following before registration begins. You will otherwise be asked during the registration process:
    1. My Forms – Under My Forms for each person, you can enter their
    2. Medical Health History prior to registration beginning. You can also access
    3. Medications – If your child takes medications, you can enter them here.
  4. From the main menu, you can also go to the “Document Center” and click on Medical Health History form from there. This is the same form that you can also access from “My Forms” under each person’s profile, just an additional way to access the form and complete it.

To ensure a smooth registration process, please remember the following:

  1. Please login to your account well in advance of registration opening so you are sure your username and password is correct.
    1. Update your family information
    2. Update each person’s BIO information
    3. Complete the Medical Health History (for each camper) Enter any medications for each camper
  2. If you are registering more than one child: when it comes time to register, you will select the desired session for the first child and click “Register”
  3. You will then be asked if you would like to register additional family members. If you are registering multiple children from your family, please select “YES.” If you are only registering one child, select “No, Continue Registration.”
  4. It is important to select all your children up front to HOLD a spot for all of them while you complete their regisrations.
  5. You will now begin the registration process, and a 15-minute hold will be held for you to complete the registration process. You must complete the process including payment to confirm your child’s spot.
