Thank you for your interest in Camp St. George! God-willing, each summer we are blessed to host many campers at Ewalu Camp and Retreat Center in Strawberry Point, IA and are excited you are interested in joining our wonderful team!

Staff training is held on Saturday and Sunday prior to camp and attendance is mandatory. You are responsible for transportation to/from staff training and camp. If you need assistance with carpooling or fuel funds, please let us know. Please note that campers may not attend staff training and you must have medical insurance for the week of camp. 

Staff closing evening will be held before the end of the camp. Food and lodging will be provided. If you need assistance with carpooling or fuel funds, please let us know. Please note that campers may not attend staff closing evening. 

It is required that you read the entire staff handbook prior to attending Staff Training. Make sure to bring a copy with you to camp. The Staff Handbook will be available for download here soon after the review is complete.
